【あらすじ】オカルト研の夏合宿に端を発した一連の物の怪騒動を通して自分の能力と向き合い、退魔師としての勉強や修行を始めた理沙。進路も決まり、卒業を迎えた頃。部活を引退してからもオカルト研究を続けている美羽が、卒業旅行を計画する。行き先は、夏に訪れたあの廃校。協力して事件を解決する中で親友となった七海とともに、理沙は旅行に参加する。
宿泊施設として生まれ変わった木造校舎。学校を退職した元オカルト研顧問の明日香は、施設の中にある郷土資料館で学芸員として働いていた。その明日香の口から、山のほこらの秘密についての話がもたらされる。新情報に色めき立った美羽のお陰で、卒業旅行はオカルト調査研究に早変わり。同じくオカルト寄りの研究をしている明日香の同僚学芸員の彩乃に案内され、みんなで町の遺跡やスピリチュアルなスポットを巡る。事件のその後のことを心配していた理沙と七海だったが、町の明日香も平穏無事な様子で、胸を撫で下ろす。
しかしその夜。理沙は再び、物の怪が引き起こした怪異に巻き込まれる――。
