When you wash the cloth used to wipe away dirt with alkaline electrolyzed water, the greasy oil stains can clog drains and pollute the sea.

● Items Not Suitable for Use
Items that cannot be wiped with water, leather, silk, marble, lacquerware, jewelry, metals such as aluminum, copper, brass, precious metals like gold, silver, platinum, furniture with varnish, or items with paint, coating, or wax.
◆ What is Alkaline Electrolyzed Water?
Alkaline electrolyzed water is "alkaline water."
Liquids have properties classified as acidic, neutral, or alkaline. Water is neutral. When water is electrolyzed with a special machine, it becomes "acidic water" and "alkaline water." (*)
The reason why "alkaline water" is beneficial is that it is strong against "oil," which is an acidic stain that normal water cannot remove. Since it is originally water, diluting it with plenty of water or letting it evaporate returns it to "ordinary water (air)."
It can be easily used on kitchen items and baby products, and is useful for households with pets. However, it also removes skin sebum, so people with sensitive skin or using it for long periods should wear gloves or take precautions.

◆ Why It Can Disinfect and Deodorize—"Water Where Bacteria Cannot Live"
No bacteria have been found living in environments with pH over 12 on Earth or within human habitats. Such environments are limited to places like the Dead Sea and Aral Sea, where pH reaches up to 11, and there was no need for bacteria to survive beyond that.
Normal bacteria cannot thrive in such environments because solutions covered with cell membranes are subjected to osmotic pressure or cannot synthesize proteins necessary for reproduction.
A relatively familiar bacteria that can survive near pH 10 is halophilic bacteria that turn white salt red. But pH 11 is impossible, right? Here's the quick answer: one reason for focusing on pH 12 or higher is that it is a method to eliminate bacteria. The source of odors is bacteria that cause decay. Remove the bacteria, and the odor disappears!♪
◆ How to Remove Dirt
Spray directly onto the dirt and wipe with a dry cloth. Let sit for about 30 seconds to loosen dirt for easier removal. No need for a second wipe.

Spray on the area you want to disinfect or deodorize, let sit for about 30 seconds, then rinse or wipe off. *Please ensure it is thoroughly dried before use.

Ganko Honpo’s alkaline electrolyzed water removes minerals from water to produce pure water with a conductivity of 10 μS/m or less, and through special electrodes, it electrolyzes the water while thoroughly removing dissolved oxygen.
