- Basic Method
Place one tea bag in a mug, pour in 200-300ml of hot water, and steep for about 3 minutes.
- Optional Methods
For a stronger flavor, we recommend boiling the tea or chilling the boiled tea in the refrigerator.
During hot weather, place a tea bag in a small amount of hot water, shake to extract for 1-2 minutes, then add water and ice for a quick and refreshing health tea.
One tea bag is suitable for 200-300ml.

How to Use
■ For a mug: Place 1 tea bag in a mug, pour in about 250cc of hot water, and steep for about 3 minutes. Remove the tea bag when it reaches your desired strength and drink.
■ For a personal bottle: Place 1-2 tea bags in a washed personal bottle, pour in hot water. Shake the personal bottle (3-5 minutes), remove the tea bags when it reaches your desired strength, and drink.
■ For boiling: Add 2-3 tea bags to 1L of boiling water. Simmer over low heat for about 2-3 minutes. Adjust the number of tea bags and simmering time to your preference.
■ For iced tea: Add 2-3 tea bags to about 1L of water and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until ready to drink. (Stir well after adding tea bags, then remove them.)
