Black tapioca pearls made from cassava starch and caramel coloring, formed into black to brown spheres approximately 6mm in size. Suitable for various desserts and drinks.
[How to Rehydrate Tapioca]
1. Boil plenty of water in a pot, add the tapioca, and cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat to keep it boiling.
2. Cover the pot and let it sit for about 30 to 40 minutes.
3. Return the pot to the heat and boil for about 15 minutes. If the water level has decreased, add more water before continuing to boil.
4. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water.
Use in your favorite desserts and drinks.
