[Design and Production]

This furoshiki is a collaboration item between "Jonathan Rowles," an artist based in South London who creates works such as screen prints, and "Link Collective," a brand that produces unique textile products.

It is printed one by one by artisans using "Ten-sen" (a traditional Japanese dyeing technique) at a Kyoto dyeing factory with over 50 years of history.
Unlike mass production by machines, each color is carefully layered by aligning the screens, resulting in rich subtle color variations and pattern expressions.

The slight overlaps and blurring of colors, unique to handwork and unachievable by machines, become the individuality of each cloth, giving it a sense of warmth.
