A traditional dark soy sauce made with minimal additives. This is a honjozo (naturally brewed) soy sauce of JAS Extra Grade class.
The production origin of the defatted soybeans is based on the usage plan for the year this product was manufactured. Soybeans are managed separately from genetically modified ones.
After opening, seal tightly and store in the refrigerator or a cool place whenever possible. This container may deform and leak if exposed to high temperatures, so do not pour hot water on it, or leave it near fire, or in a car under the hot sun, or in any other high-temperature location.
