九州大分県の創業152年の醤油・味噌・調味料・ドレッシングの製造メーカーで、自然豊かな大分県で発酵・熟成されました。九州を代表する、米・大豆・大麦で仕込んだ、甘口でまろやかな発酵香のある"あわせみそ"です。お味噌汁(汁物全般)はもちろん、煮物や炒め物や酢味噌等に最適なお味噌です。
