**When Using with Futons:*** Remove from the bag and use as is, placed under the mattress.* For enhanced effectiveness, place it under the area from the shoulders to the waist, where sweating is common.* Can be used similarly with beds.* For baby or children's futons and cribs, place one sheet of this product under the mattress.
**When Storing Futons:*** Place between futons.
**How to Regenerate:*** When the regeneration indicator turns pink, dry in direct sunlight for at least half a day.* It can be used again when the indicator returns to blue.
* Regeneration may take longer depending on temperature and humidity.
**When to Replace:*** With repeated use, the contents may turn yellow.* When the yellowing becomes severe, please purchase a new sheet.

**Precautions for Use*** Do not use for any purpose other than its intended use.* Be careful to prevent children from playing with it.* This product is not edible.* If swallowed, drink plenty of water immediately.* If it gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.* In either case, consult a doctor.* Do not handle the sheet roughly or tear it.* Do not attempt to regenerate using a stove, heater, iron, microwave, etc.* The bag may tear, or the sheet may catch fire.
