**How to Use**We recommend starting use before the pollen season begins.
* Apply approximately 1cm of cream to each nostril (up to about 1cm from the entrance) using a cotton swab or fingertip, spreading it evenly.* Reapply approximately every 4 hours, 3 to 5 times a day.
* Be careful, as pressing the tube too hard may cause too much cream to come out.* Also, close the cap immediately after dispensing the required amount.
* If the tip of the tube is dirty, it can cause bacteria to grow. Wipe it with a tissue, etc., and use it cleanly.
* If the cream is removed by blowing your nose, reapply it.* Using a mask in conjunction with this product can further prevent the inhalation of pollen, etc.* For hygiene, discard used cotton swabs after a single use.* If the included cotton swabs run out, use commercially available cotton swabs.

Apply up to approximately 1cm from the entrance of the nostril. Applying too deeply may injure the inside of your nose.6. To avoid inserting too deeply into the nose, hold the cotton swab approximately 1.5cm from the cotton tip.
* For individuals with oily or excessively sweaty skin, excessive use of the cream may rarely cause rashes, redness, or irritation.* If any abnormalities such as rash, redness, itching, swelling, or irritation occur after use, discontinue use and consult a doctor.* Do not use products that have passed their expiration date.* The cream may be difficult to dispense from the tube at low temperatures. Please warm it to room temperature for a while before use.
**Storage Precautions*** Store tightly capped in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.* Keep out of reach of children.* Do not transfer to another container. This may lead to misuse or deterioration of the product.
**Disposal Precautions*** Dispose of used tubes and caps as plastic waste.
