**Custom settings to enjoy your own style**
Features a 3-step grind adjustment (coarse, medium, fine) and a menu dial for selecting modes. With two temperature settings for hot water, you can choose between 83℃, recommended by supervisor Mamoru Taguchi, and 90℃, which is more suitable depending on the freshness and roast level of the beans. Each setting brings out the distinct flavor of the beans.
**Low-speed burr grinder to maximize bean flavor**
The low-speed burr grinder generates less frictional heat, which can cause coffee aroma to dissipate. It grinds coffee beans to a uniform size with minimal production of fine powder that can lead to off-flavors. The detachable grinder can be easily cleaned with the included brush.
**Sizzle that delights the senses**
To allow you to enjoy the coffee brewing process with all five senses, a gap is provided between the drip shower outlet and the dripper. You can see the ground beans falling, the beans expanding as hot water is poured, and the dripping process. Not only that, but the rich coffee aroma will fill the room.
