◉鉄フライパンの基本使用について
□使い終ったら、本体が温かいうちに、たわしなどで、洗剤を使わずにお湯で洗ってください。洗剤を使うと油膜を落とすことになります。洗浄後は火にかけて、水気を飛ばしてください。つけ置き洗いは厳禁です、サビの原因となります。
□使っていくうちに、徐々に油の膜が取れてサビ発生の原因になる場合があります。洗って乾燥させた後は、薄く油を塗って保管してください。油は毎回塗らなくても、時々気になった時に塗る程度で充分です。ただし長い間使わない時は油を塗っておいてください。
□汚れがひどい場合は洗剤で洗ってください。その場合は必ず火にかけて水気を飛ばしてから薄く油を塗ってください。
□焦げ付いた場合、金属製の固いものでこすらないでください。お湯を入れて煮立たせ、焦げ付きを柔らかくしてからたわしでこすり落としてください。
□焦げ付きの主な原因は、調理前の予熱が不十分な場合や、油がフライパンに充分なじんでいないために起こる場合があります。
