Recommended for those who prefer a slightly stronger taste than FRUITY.Immediately after harvesting, the freshest, highest quality olives are brought to the factory, only the firmest fruits are selected, and pressed within 4 hours of harvest. Thorough hygiene management has resulted in zero trace analysis, 0.01% UV absorbance, 0.9% peroxide value, and an acidity of 0.17%, which is below international standards.
