・小麦本来の香りが豊かに広がり、もっちり感としなやかなコシがある麺です。
商品構成
4食入り×10箱、40食入り、8,800g（めん120g×40食、スープ100g×40食）
お召し上がり方
材料（1食分）：本品（1食分）、熱湯200ml、スープを温める用のお湯
準備するもの：鍋2つ（スープ用、麺を茹でる用）、ザル（麺の湯切り用）、ラーメン鉢
1スープ袋をお湯であらかじめ温めておいてください。
2麺を茹でる用の鍋にたっぷりの水を入れ沸騰させ、冷凍状態の麺を入れて1分～1分15秒加熱してください。茹で終わったらザルに入れ、湯切りをしてください。
3ラーメン鉢にスープを入れ、熱湯200mlを加えてよく混ぜてください。
4湯切りを終えたら、3に麺を入れて完成です。お好みでチャーシューやネギ等をトッピングして召し上がりください。
