Our miso soup is made by separating the miso and ingredients during preparation, freeze-drying, and other processes.
By cooking each component with the optimal method, the appearance, aroma, and flavor when rehydrated with hot water are all enhanced, highlighting their respective qualities.

Japan has a variety of delicious miso from different regions. We visit miso breweries nationwide and blend carefully selected miso to match the ingredients.
We do not use chemical seasonings; instead, we draw out the natural goodness of the ingredients through wisdom and technique.

The freeze-drying method is the optimal way to deliver the goodness of ingredients.
