It is a "4-pack" Nure-sembei (wet rice cracker) with "red dark flavor".
Nure-sembei was invented and first sold by railroad workers to compensate for the decrease in railroad revenue of Choshi Electric Railway.

Unlike regular rice crackers, there is almost no powder, so you can safely eat it while making models (personal opinion (laugh)).
