These millions of tiny water droplets reflect and refract incident light, scattering it, which makes it look foggy.

How to use Fog-X - No need to reapply like a coating agent -

With the peeled side facing the goggles, hold the blue tab labeled "(2) BACK" and carefully stick the anti-fog seal onto the goggles.
