A 1-channel microphone preamplifier that inherits the sound of the ISA110, using the Lundahl L1538 transformer, a tradition of the Focusrite ISA series.
Impedance can be changed. In addition to the original 1400Ω of the ISA110, it can be switched between 4 modes: 600Ω, 2400Ω, and 6800Ω, allowing for optimal settings according to the microphone used.
Equipped with a D.I. function that can also input guitars and basses. It imparts a silky sound to instruments.
Equipped with external inputs, allowing simultaneous monitoring of the sound input to the ISA One and the output from external sources such as a computer.
Equipped with insert terminals, allowing the use of equalizers and compressors between the amplifier input or D.I. input and the XLR output or optional AD converter output.

The ISA One is a single-channel microphone preamplifier that packs the traditional sound of the ISA 110 module, inherited from the Focusrite Forte console, into a compact and portable chassis. In addition to microphone/line inputs, it features a D.I. channel that can also accept instrument inputs, allowing for independent gain adjustment and switching of input impedance (470kΩ or 2.4MΩ) to match the input source. In addition to the line output (XLR terminal) on the back, it is equipped with an Amp output (TRS terminal) on the front for sending sound in parallel to a guitar amplifier. These flexible independent D.I. and routing options allow for engineer-requested usage, such as mixing the sound that passed through the D.I. with the sound of a guitar amplifier recorded by a microphone.
