Refining Mist is a 100% natural water lotion that seeps from natural minerals found deep in the mountains, located in the triangle between Mt. Aso and Beppu Onsen (on the border of Oita Prefecture).

The origin of this discovery dates back to when exploratory drilling was being conducted in a mine deep within that mountain.

During the investigation, it was reported that when workers washed their hands with the pooled water seeping from the mineral rocks on the walls, their hands became increasingly smooth and soft.

Initially, out of curiosity, a water quality test was requested from a public research institution. The results revealed it to be "exceptionally high-quality natural water" containing a rich, balanced blend of essential and trace minerals.

Further investigation revealed that the properties of this water were significantly influenced by the minerals in its source.

Since then, a research project team for this water was established, and functional tests have been conducted in various fields for over 30 years. It is now also utilized in various dermatological institutions.
