- This is a case exclusively for the iPhone 15 Pro Max.- Shipping will be in the order received.- A single LED (without a battery) will light up.- It does not light up normally, but illuminates when a strong radio wave is emitted.- This is a set including an iPhone case and a Tokyo Circuit Map A5 clear file (green or black)!
The FLASH PARIS Circuit Map iPhone Case features a single red LED embedded in the Eiffel Tower that lights up without a battery. The LED is powered by converting the radio waves emitted by the iPhone itself into electricity and boosting the voltage. It does not light up under normal circumstances, but illuminates when a strong radio wave is emitted. Since it lights up from the iPhone's radio waves, the illumination is random. It is more likely to light up when using information-rich apps like Google Maps or other map applications, or when the iPhone is searching for its location in elevators or underground malls. The mechanism for lighting up involves an antenna circuit on the back of the circuit board catching the weak radio waves emitted by the iPhone, which are then routed to the front. An amplification circuit on the front boosts the voltage and current to illuminate the LED. The technology for an LED to light up without a battery was patented in 2020 (Patent Number 6667777).
A circuit board cannot be produced without designing it using PCB CAD software. Since PCB CAD is not design software, lines are drawn one by one with a mouse. The design features a meticulous 0.1mm wiring pattern with thin lines. Only three colors are used: gold (gold plating), PCB ink (overall: green, black, white), and PCB ink (station names: white, black). While maintaining the surface design, the "circuit that lights up an LED without a battery" is wired on both the front and back surfaces of the circuit board.
The Eiffel Tower has a 2mm LED, the Arc de Triomphe has a 3.2mm resistor, the Louvre Museum and Musée d'Orsay have 2mm resistors, major landmarks have 1.6mm resistors, and other structures have 1mm electronic components. The names of the structures are represented by three white silk-screened characters (e.g., ORS for Musée d'Orsay). Major street names are also indicated in white silk-screened text.
After mounting the electronic components, to protect them, each component is individually coated with resin in a cleanroom (Class 1000) by hand until the resin is filled by surface tension. Air bubbles on the components and dust on the resin surface are then removed manually. The product is designed and manufactured in Japan, and all products are RoHS compliant (lead-free). The circuit board is gold-plated. It is packaged in a gift box, making it suitable for gifts.
The material used for the iPhone 15 Pro case and iPhone 15 Pro Max case is TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). TPU is a polymer compound that combines the supple elasticity of rubber with the toughness of hard plastic. The case includes a strap hole.
