- This is a case exclusively for the iPhone 15 Pro Max.- Shipping will be in the order of orders received.- An LED (1 unit) implemented without a battery will light up.- It does not light up normally, but lights up when a strong radio wave is emitted.- This is a set of an iPhone case and a Tokyo Circuit Diagram A5 clear file (green or black)!
──────────The FLASH Kyoto Circuit Map iPhone Case features a single red LED implemented at Kyoto Station, which lights up without a battery. The LED lights up by converting the radio waves emitted by the iPhone itself into power and boosting the voltage. It does not light up normally, but lights up when a strong radio wave is emitted. Since it lights up with the iPhone's radio waves, it lights up randomly. It is more likely to light up when using information-rich apps like Google Maps or map applications, or when the iPhone is searching for its location in an elevator or underground mall. The mechanism for lighting up involves an antenna circuit on the back of the circuit board catching the weak radio waves emitted by the iPhone and transmitting them to the front of the board. An amplification circuit on the surface increases the voltage and current to light up the LED.The circuit that lights up an LED without a battery was patented in 2020 (Patent No. 6667777).
──────────A circuit board cannot be made without designing it with PCB CAD software.Since PCB CAD is not design software, lines are drawn one by one with a mouse. It is meticulously designed with a 0.1mm wiring pattern for thin lines.Only three colors are used: gold (gold plating), PCB ink (entire board: green, black, white), and PCB ink (station display: white, black). While maintaining the surface design, the "circuit that lights up an LED without a battery" is wired on both the front and back surfaces of the circuit board.
──────────A 2mm red LED is implemented at Kyoto Station, a 14-pin IC at Kyoto Imperial Palace, a 3.2mm resistor at Nijo Castle, and 3.2mm/1.6mm resistors at other major temples and shrines. 1mm electronic components are implemented at railway stations.Temple and shrine names are represented by three white silk characters (e.g., KYM = Kiyomizu-dera). The Gozan no Okuribi (Five Mountains Fire Festival) is represented by gold plating.A total of 100 electronic components are implemented.
──────────After implementing the electronic components, to protect them, the surface is coated with resin one by one in a cleanroom (Class 1000) by hand until it is filled by surface tension. Air bubbles on the components and dust on the resin surface are then removed manually.Designed and manufactured in Japan, all products are RoHS compliant (lead-free products). The circuit board is gold-plated.It comes in a gift box and is suitable for gifts.
──────────The material for the iPhone 15 Pro case and iPhone 15 Pro Max case is TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). TPU is a polymer compound that combines the supple elasticity of rubber with the toughness of hard plastic. The case has a strap hole.
