(1)表と裏を確認します。耳かけゴムが接着されている面が外側（顔に触れない面）です。
(2)ノーズフィッターを鼻の形に合わせます。
(3)顔にフィットさせながら、耳かけゴムを掛けます。
(4)顔の大きさに合わせてプリーツを上下に広げます。
