**Dosage and Administration****Dosage and Administration / How to Use**Age: 12 years and olderDose: Inject 1 piece (30g) into the rectum.
If no effect is observed, inject the same amount once more.[When using a second bottle, it is more effective to wait 1 hour.]
**How to use Ichijiku Enema:**1. **Remove the cap**Remove the cap and insert the nozzle deep into the anus.2. **Inject the medicine**Slowly inject the liquid while squeezing the container.3. **Wait for a while**As a guide, wait 3 to 10 minutes and perform a bowel movement only after the urge to defecate has become sufficiently strong.● Pointing the nozzle upward and squeezing out a small amount of liquid to moisten the tip makes insertion easier.
