Inspired by the rose motif of the Biedermeier style born in Germany and Austria in the 1800s, expressing a world of Feiler that is classic and timeless with richness within simplicity, and named after the German woman’s name "Miriam," loved by everyone like a rose.
"Schuill" means "silkworm" or "caterpillar" in French, and its plump texture is said to resemble the feel of mohair yarn (mohair thread), which is used as a characteristic of Schiil weave, hence the name Schiil weave.

The yarn of Schiil weave is 100% cotton. Since the quality of cotton depends on the climate, FEILER deliberately does not specify the origin of the cotton, but carefully selects cotton from eco-tex certified companies that meet international safety standards for textiles, choosing the most favorable weather conditions of the year.

Moreover, the beautiful coloration unique to FEILER is brought about by Europe's abundant water resources.

FEILER owns 130 different raw yarn colors, and up to 18 colors of yarn can be used in a single pattern.

Using carefully selected raw yarns spun from premium materials, skilled artisans operate repeatedly improved weaving machines, weaving through dozens of processes to produce fabrics with beautiful, one-piece color and pattern, a thick and soft texture, excellent water absorption and quick drying, and a finish that becomes more comfortable and long-lasting with use.
