Of course, they do sway, but compared to traditional flat-shaped jigs, this sway is extremely minimal.
This is a decisive difference from other jigs.

Additionally, the silhouette is uniform and smaller compared to jigs of the same weight.
It has a volume close to that of tungsten.
Originally, tungsten jigs are mainly appreciated for their high specific gravity and water drainage, which makes their size more of a visual appeal.

Some people approach it with a religious image, while others consider it scientifically.
The act of fishing itself is often focused on results, which leads many to sell products that resemble spiritual or superstitious practices based on unscientific theories.

Jigging involves the boat captain dropping metal pieces into spots identified by fish sonar, then jerking and reeling them up at appropriate timings, then dropping them again.
This simple action is perceived as having advantages or disadvantages, which is somewhat absurd.
This time, I want to introduce a product that challenges that notion.

In deep seas, do fish see jigs as fake or not see them at all?
The real truth is that fish tend to bite whenever there is some movement.
There may be subtle differences depending on how the jig is moved, but these differences also vary depending on the type of lure used.
It is highly likely that the visual cues, the flow and waves generated by the lure, and the speed and timing of the movement all contribute to fish attacking the lure—whether it’s lead or other metals.

However, in deeper waters or areas with exclusive water zones, this tendency is more easily observed, and under visible light conditions, it becomes somewhat more difficult to interpret.
In simple terms, the only things a angler can control are the strength of the jerk and the speed of the retrieve, as well as changing the jig each time.

Are the flow and waves generated by the jig related to fishing?
If so, then the shape of the jig would indeed influence its action during the same jerking motion.
Of course, the quality and magnitude of the waves and flow also change accordingly.
The most influential factor in this conclusion is the slow jerk fishing method.
While fish are generally attracted to lures manipulated by the angler’s actions, in slow fishing, the lure is primarily used to induce bites through momentum.

Many mysterious phenomena occur.

The effectiveness of different types of jigs has yet to produce consistent results due to the uncertain nature of fishing.
Among the various types introduced to the market, one is a long-type designed for high-pitch use.
This type has long been prone to darting and tends to move diagonally when falling.
It rotates with fine resistance and is suitable for slow use.
The short, thick, flat type, used at slow speeds, gently sways, but depending on how it is moved, the long type can have a larger movement.
Ultimately, the depth influences this, as water’s viscous resistance significantly affects line tension.

What happens at greater depths?
Of course, it stops sliding.
Even though the movement is so subtle that it can be achieved by slow pulling, once a large resistance from the line occurs, there are no other factors to move the lure except pulling.
Because it moves too much, inertia does not build up, and it stalls.

I observed slow jigging at 400 meters, lifting the lure overhead and dropping it, but it did not behave as the angler desired.
However, the key point is that, despite incomplete theory, the fishing results are achieved.
If that is the case, wouldn’t it be easier to create a product suited to those results?
That was my thought.
Of course, this is not everything, as fish behavior itself can change.
But I believe the items I will introduce from now on can be utilized as part of jigging techniques.
