・Basic Action: Place the hip belt below or slightly above the knees.
Extend your thighs parallel to the floor.
While standing on the floor, support your right leg and lift your left leg to the side.
(Keep your abs tight, pull your left leg back, and repeat on both sides.

・Repeat 10-15 times.
