From the age of 18, he studied various martial arts such as Karate, Chinese martial arts (Tai Chi, Baguazhang, Xingyiquan, etc.), Kobudo, and Aikido, focusing on the common principles of mind-body application within them. To further research these principles, he established "Kodentaijutsu Shinsuikai" in 2008 and pursues efficient ways to use one's body and mind through martial arts training.
