■ Features
This product is a tablet form of "Bofuyō Tōsei San," a representative Kampo prescription described in the classical text "Senmyōron."
1. It is effective for individuals with good physical strength, excess subcutaneous fat in the abdomen, and tendency toward constipation, for conditions such as obesity, high blood pressure, and constipation or swelling associated with obesity, palpitations, shoulder stiffness, hot flashes.
2. It is a film-coated tablet that suppresses the characteristic smell and bitterness typical of Kampo medicines.

■ Do Not Do
(If not followed, current symptoms may worsen or side effects may become more likely)
1. Do not take this product together with the following medications:
- Other laxatives (purgatives)
2. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this product or avoid breastfeeding while taking it.

■ Consult Before Use
1. Please consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are:
(1) Under medical treatment
(2) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant
(3) Physically weak (those with decreased physical strength or frailty)
(4) Have a weak stomach or tend to diarrhea
(5) Have significant sweating tendencies
(6) Elderly persons
(7) Have previously experienced rash, redness, itching, etc., caused by medication
(8) Have symptoms such as swelling or difficulty urinating
(9) Diagnosed with: hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, thyroid dysfunction
2. Immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any of the following occur:
(1) Symptoms such as:
- Skin: Rash, redness, itching
- Gastrointestinal: Discomfort in the stomach, severe diarrhea with abdominal pain, abdominal pain
- Rarely, severe symptoms such as the following may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately:
- Interstitial pneumonia: Cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, etc.
- Pseudoaldosteronism: Decreased urine output, swelling of face or limbs, heavy eyelids, hand tremors, high blood pressure, headache, etc.
- Liver dysfunction: General fatigue, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of the eyes), etc.
(2) If symptoms do not improve after about one month (or about one week if used for constipation).
3. For long-term use, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
4. If you experience any of the following symptoms, stop use and consult a healthcare professional:

■ Indications and Effects
For individuals with good physical strength, excess subcutaneous fat in the abdomen, and tendency toward constipation, for the following conditions: high blood pressure, obesity, palpitations, shoulder stiffness, hot flashes, swelling, constipation, sinusitis (paranasal sinusitis), eczema, dermatitis, acne, obesity.

■ Usage and Dosage
Take the following amount with water or hot water:
- Adults (15 years and older): 4 tablets per dose, 3 times daily (before or between meals)
- Children 7 to under 15 years: 3 tablets per dose, 3 times daily (before or between meals)
- Children 5 to under 7 years: 2 tablets per dose, 3 times daily (before or between meals)
- Children under 5 years: Do not take
(1) Strictly observe the dosage and frequency.
(2) For children over 5 years, have guardians supervise and instruct on proper use.
(3) "Between meals" means the interval between meals (e.g., between breakfast and lunch).

■ Ingredients and Amounts
This product is a film-coated tablet with a light red-purple color, containing the following ingredients in 12 tablets:
- Bofuyō Tōsei San extract powder: 2,750 mg
- Raw crude drugs:
- Toki (Angelica root): 0.6 g
- Mao (Ephedra): 0.6 g
- Shakuyaku (Peony root): 0.6 g
- Daisō (Rhubarb): 0.75 g
- Senkyu (Cnidium): 0.6 g
- Dried sodium sulfate: 0.375 g
- Sanshishi (Sichuan chinaberry): 0.6 g
- Byakujutsu (Atractylodes lancea): 1 g
- Rengyo (Forsythia): 0.6 g
- Kikyo (Platycodon): 1 g
- Hakka (Mentha): 0.6 g
- Ougon (Scutellaria baicalensis): 1 g
- Shōkyō (Ginger): 0.2 g
- Kanzo (Licorice): 1 g
- Keigai (Evodia rutaecarpa): 0.6 g
- Sekkō (Calcined gypsum): 1 g
- Bōfū (Angelica root): 0.6 g
- Kasshaku (Cassis): 1.5 g

Additives: Magnesium stearate, CMC-Ca, Aluminum hydroxide/Magnesium, Magnesium aluminosilicate, Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Macrogol, Carnauba wax, Titanium dioxide, Red No. 3.

■ Storage and Handling Precautions
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers (to prevent misuse or quality deterioration).
(4) Moisture may discolor the surface or cause spots; do not handle with wet hands or return touched tablets to the container.
(5) The packing material inside the container is for preventing tablet damage during transport; discard after opening.
(6) Do not use products past the indicated expiration date.
