Protein LoBind tubes minimize sample binding to the surface, allowing for maximum sample recovery. The hydrophilic surface, formed by a special two-component polymer, enhances recovery rates, ensuring optimal recovery of valuable samples. This product was specifically developed for use in protein research or sensitive proteomics assays, often leading to significant improvements in analysis results. The LoBind material guarantees maximum sample recovery and improves assay results. To minimize the risk of sample interference, no surface coatings (e.g., silicone) are applied. Each lot is tested and guaranteed to be free of human DNA, DNase, RNase, and PCR inhibitors (PCR clean). Suitable for the preparation or storage of protein, peptide, and antibody samples. The hydrophilic surface reduces denaturation of enzymes upon contact with the tube wall. Also effective in reducing sample loss during virus storage. Suitable for storing cell suspensions. The new 25mL tube has the same diameter as a 50mL conical tube but is shorter. Therefore, the depth to which a pipette can reach into the tube is significantly less compared to a 50mL conical tube.
