This sake set includes a glass tokkuri (sake flask) and two sake cups, along with a 5-go masu (square wooden measuring box) made of Gifu cypress.
The 5-go masu can be filled with ice water to be used as a chilled sake cooler, allowing you to enjoy a stylish and elegant sake gathering.
Of course, it can also be used as a measuring box, as it is a functional item.
Both the tokkuri and sake cups are sake vessels made with the "Tebineri" technique, which gives them a soft, handmade feel and complements dining tables with Japanese tableware.
Enjoy your favorite sake, making it a visually delightful experience.
[Tebineri]
Tebineri is a pottery technique where the shape is created entirely by hand, without the use of a potter's wheel.
The shapes, made with care and intention through Tebineri, are faithfully reproduced in glass, resulting in vessels with a soft expression.
They pair well with Japanese tableware made of ceramics and earthenware, and their thick, durable construction makes them ideal for everyday use.
The 5-go masu can also be purchased separately.
