Nanakome-tsu is an alpha rice with a shelf life extended by 2 years to 7 years for long-term storage. Additionally, cooking time has been reduced from 15 minutes with hot water to 7 minutes, allowing it to be eaten warm.
The rice used as raw material is 100% domestically produced rice.
