One free data recovery service
Memory media such as frequently used memory products can experience data troubles at any time. Products with data recovery services allow you to use the free data recovery service once within the warranty period. Please note that this special service does not guarantee data recovery. It covers minor logical failures such as accidental deletion; mechanical failures are subject to paid recovery services. Data protected by copyright, such as car navigation or TV recordings, cannot be recovered.

STEP 01: Create a request form
Fill out the required information on the dedicated page's request form and print it out.
There is a section to enter the purchase date to confirm the warranty period. Please check your "proof of purchase" such as receipts before entering.
STEP 02: Pack the target product and necessary items
Pack the target product, request form, package, and receipt. Please pack the main unit securely to prevent damage and send it to the Data Recovery Technology Center.
STEP 03: Data recovery work. After completion, return the product.
Recovered data will be delivered in a state that can be viewed on a PC. If the data was lost due to reasons other than mechanical failure, the media will be initialized and the recovered data will be saved and returned. For mechanical failures, repairs or replacements will be shipped from the repair center based on the product warranty policy. The service is provided on a best effort basis, and data recovery may not be possible depending on the situation.
