IST, a thumb-operated trackball with an ergonomic shape that enables comfortable operation and smooth handling. It adopts an ergonomic design that can be used with a natural hand shape without gripping. It is a shape that fits comfortably in the hand regardless of hand size or grip style.
The support unit uses a 2mm diameter artificial ruby. It achieves a more natural and smooth ball control compared to conventional products. The support unit can be easily removed and replaced, and the artificial ruby can be exchanged for a bearing as well. Replacement artificial ruby units (M-RS10) and bearing units (M-BS10) are sold separately.
Equipped with five buttons, including 'Forward' and 'Back' buttons, which are convenient for web browser and folder operations.
Button functions can be changed using the 'Elecom Mouse Assistant,' which is available for free download.
