Eitaro's Anmitsu was released in 1978 (Showa 53), 10 years after the launch of Mitsumame in 1968 (Showa 43). It is a familiar taste from the commercial "Hai, Eitaro desu!" which was widely broadcasted, mainly in the Kanto region, in 1974 (Showa 49). The taste has remained unchanged across generations, and it has been popular for many years. To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Mitsumame's release, the packaging has been renewed from the previous shrink-wrapped form to a box type. Please enjoy "that nostalgic taste."
