愛媛県砥部町の特産の「七折小梅」を本格米焼酎と高縄山系の湧ヶ淵の名水で仕込んだ梅酒です。「七折小梅」は、１９００年初頭からの栽培で、その品質の高さから「青いダイヤ」と呼ばれています。数ある梅の種類の中でも七折梅は、「抗酸化能」脂質の酸化を抑える力が強く栄養たっぷりです。
透き通るような薄い黄色で、種が小さく果肉が多く、酸っぱさが少なく香りが良いのが特徴です。その「七折小梅」を１００％使用し自社の本格米焼酎でじっくりと漬け込みました。
