- No concerns about trans fats.
- Cold pressing (cold-heat compression) refers to a method where the oil is pressed at temperatures below 48°C.
- Because this method does not involve high temperatures, it prevents the formation of trans fats.
- It also does not use chemical solvents such as hexane, making it a safe edible oil.
- The edible Camelina Oil (cold-pressed) is carefully extracted from 100% non-GMO Camelina sativa seeds grown in the pristine natural environment of Quebec, Canada, and is classified as first-press (extra virgin).

2. **Excellent Omega Balance**
- The ratio of Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9 is optimally maintained at 2:1:2.
- Camelina Oil contains Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9 in a well-balanced ratio of 2:1:2.
- In Canada, some products blend multiple oils to maintain this omega balance, but Camelina Oil uniquely maintains this optimal balance without blending.

**What are Phytosterols?**
Phytosterols, also called phyto-chemicals, are gaining attention as the seventh nutrient in recent years.
For health, it is desirable for edible oils to be rich in Omega-3 and resistant to oxidation.
Camelina Oil contains not only Omega-3 but also Vitamin E, β-carotene, phytosterols, and Omega-9 fatty acids (oleic acid, eicosenoic acid), which are heat-stable and allow for cooking.
Eicosenoic acid is usually found in fish such as cod and mackerel, making its plant-based abundance rare, and it also contains lecithin.
