使用方法
●材料例(3~4人分)・牛もつ…400g(ボイルもつの場合は200g)・キャベツ…1/2玉(約500g)・ニラ…2束・本品…150ml・お湯またはがらスープ600ml その他豚肉、鶏肉、魚介類、豆腐などお好みの食材を組み合わせてどうぞ。 本品はお湯またはがらスープで5~6倍に希釈し、ご使用ください。 ●作り方【1】鍋に本品1に対し、お湯またはがらスープ4~5を入れ、沸騰後もつを加えます。お好みに合わせて、希釈する割合を調整してください。【2】もつに火が通ったらキャベツを入れます。最後にニラを加え、ひと煮立ちしたら出来あがりです。※お好みで、めん類、ごはんを入れてもお楽しみいただけます。本品1本1Ｌ(約1,190g)で約6鍋分(約24人分)のもつ鍋を作ることができます。※5倍希釈の場合
