）日付シールにお取替え日を記入し、本品上部に貼ります。
ペットのいる部屋など蚊の侵入が気になるところに設置してください。

「使用上の注意」
本剤は効能又は効果において定められた目的に使用すること。
本剤のネット部分に直接触れないこと。
本剤を取り扱って皮膚に付着する場合は石鹸と水でよく洗うこと。
本剤を使用して身体に異常をきたした場合は直ちに使用を中止し、ピレスロイド系薬剤を使用した旨を獣医師に告げて診療を受けること。
家庭で飼育している魚類、甲殻類、昆虫類のペットや蚕などの有用昆虫に被害を及ぼす恐れのある所では使用しないこと
