However, in situations such as kumite (sparring) where you must constantly move around, you cannot maintain a wide foot stance.
Additionally, when the distance between you and your opponent becomes close, you cannot sufficiently kick the ground with your rear foot.

Therefore, in the training method "Shu Tetsu" (Shu Tetsu), which makes people intensely and dramatically stronger, we thoroughly focus on "how to produce power" that can be used even in actual combat.

Born in 1974. Starting with full-contact karate, he studied various styles including boxing and Okinawan karate.
During this process, he recognized the limits of weight training and began exploring training methods.
In 2020, he established "Shu Tetsu Karate" focusing on the power of techniques.
Currently, he renamed the organization "Shu Tetsu" to pursue broader and freer research, providing instruction regardless of style or organization.
