- Tall goldenrod tea Add 10g (standard) of dried tall goldenrod leaves to 1 liter of water, simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes after boiling, then strain with a tea strainer and drink.
When brewing in a teapot, use 1g per 100mL of hot water.
About 3g for a standard teapot.
Always use boiling water.
Roasting in an iron pot beforehand will make it more delicious.
- Tall goldenrod extract (tincture) 40g is standard for 1 sho (1800mL, 35% alcohol recommended) of white liquor.
It will reach a sufficient concentration in about 3 months, depending on the temperature (higher temperatures are faster).
- Skincare (lotion) Mix 10mL tall goldenrod extract, 10mL glycerin, and 100mL purified water or tap water (all standard amounts) and use.
- Bath additive 5-10g (equivalent to a 200L bathtub) in a net or cotton drawstring bag is the standard amount.
Add it when you fill the tub with hot water (or from cold water if heating the bath).
