■ How to Use
・If you are using insoles, first remove the insoles you are currently using.
・Place this product in your shoe and check the size.
・If necessary, cut along the guideline that matches your shoe size or your current insole.
When cutting, start by cutting slightly larger than the size and then adjust little by little.
・Insert the Dr. Scholl's GelActiv™ insole into the shoe with the gel side down.
・Replace the insole when it is worn out. Replacement every 6 months is recommended.

Gently wipe the product with a cloth wrung out of cleaning solution.
