**Features**
Dopppel Tablets D is an antitussive medicine that combines Tocon powder, a herbal ingredient that helps loosen phlegm, with dextromethorphan hydrobromide, which suppresses cough, and licorice extract. It is effective for both dry cough ("dry cough") and productive cough with phlegm ("wet cough").

**Do Not Take If**
1. You are under 12 years old.
2. You are taking other medications such as other cough suppressants, cold medicines, sedatives, antihistamines (including nasal allergy medications, motion sickness drugs, allergy medications, etc.) while using this product.
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (drowsiness may occur).
4. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this medication or avoid breastfeeding during treatment.
5. Do not overdose or use for long-term continuous use.

**Consultation Before Use**
1. Before taking, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if you are:
- Under medical treatment.
- Pregnant or suspect pregnancy.
- Elderly.
- Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- Have symptoms such as high fever, swelling, difficulty urinating.
- Diagnosed with heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease, glaucoma, thyroid dysfunction, respiratory impairment, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, or obesity.

Rarely, severe symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.

**Severe Symptoms Include:**
- Pseudoaldosteronism, myopathy: Fatigue, numbness, stiffness, or rigidity in limbs, along with weakness and muscle pain, gradually worsening.
- Aplastic anemia: Blue bruises, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pallor of skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, hematuria.
- Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
- Respiratory depression: Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing.

3. If symptoms such as constipation, dry mouth, or drowsiness persist or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this leaflet.

4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

**Usage and Dosage**
Take the following amount three times daily after meals.

**Age: Dose**
- 15 years and older: 4 tablets
- 12 to under 15 years: 2 tablets
- Under 12 years: Do not use

**Precautions Regarding Usage**
1. When giving to children, do so under the supervision and guidance of a guardian.
2. Take with water or lukewarm water.

**Ingredients and Amounts (per 12 tablets)**
- Dextromethorphan hydrobromide: 30 mg
- dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride: 75 mg
- D-Chlorpheniramine maleate: 6 mg
- Licorice (Glycyrrhiza) extract: 600 mg (equivalent to 3 g of raw herb)
- Tocon powder: 10 mg

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
1. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed.
2. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Do not transfer to other containers (to prevent misuse or quality deterioration).
4. When taking out tablets, use the cap; do not touch tablets with your hands to prevent contamination.
5. The packing inside the bottle contains packing material to prevent tablet breakage. Dispose of it after opening. (Re-inserting the packing material after opening can allow moisture and dust to enter, reducing quality.)
6. Do not use products past their expiration date.
