**Usage and Dosage**
**How to Drink**
* **When Boiling:** Add 400-500cc of water and 1 tea bag to a pot. After boiling, simmer for about 5 minutes.
* **When Cold Brewing:** Add 1 tea bag to approximately 300cc of water. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Remove the tea bag when it reaches your desired strength.
* **For a Cup:** Pour hot water into a cup (1 cup per tea bag) and steep for 2-3 minutes.
