After opening with the new songs "Dolce Vita" and "To S." written by Yamanaka for this work, a number of songs covering Shorter's career such as "Yes and No," "Beauty and the Beast," and "Footprints" are performed. With occasional organ accompaniment, this is a must-listen for all jazz fans, with arrangements and performances by Yamanaka that are sometimes bold and sometimes delicate. The album also includes two songs dedicated to Ryuichi Sakamoto, who also passed away in March.There are two formats for the product: the regular edition and the limited edition. The limited edition includes valuable performance footage filmed during the recording.
