Dokusougan E Constipation Medicine contains sennoside, which has recognized excellent efficacy, as its main ingredient. It also includes Japanese Pharmacopoeia-standardized herbal medicines, Sankirai and Kanzo. This medication is intended for individuals aged 15 and above.
It is a plant-based tablet for adults (15 years and older).
Recommended dosage: 1 to 2 tablets per dose, taken twice daily.
Take during fasting or before meals, or between meals.
Start with the minimum dose and gradually adjust the amount based on bowel movement and condition.

Important Warnings
- Do not take other laxatives while using this medication, as it may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take this medication or should avoid breastfeeding during use.
- Do not overdose.

Usage and Dosage

- Japanese Pharmacopoeia Kanzo Powder (Licorice): 400 mg

Contains excipients such as crystalline cellulose, lactose, light anhydrous silicic acid, and talc.

Note: Urine may turn yellow-brown to reddish-brown due to sennoside, but this is normal and not a cause for concern.
