We pack it folded in two for shipping.
As it may be pushed or crushed from the outside during delivery, there may be wrinkles when opened.
Also, because the water draining mat has been stored in a warehouse for a long time and has been treated with antibacterial processing, it may have a chemical-like odor when opened.
In that case, we recommend washing it once.
*The dye of the fibers may fade, so please avoid washing it with other items.
(Detergents containing chlorine bleach are the cause of color fading.
Please use household detergent.
)
*If the mat is left damp for a long time, it may cause mold to grow.
Please air dry it after use.
*We recommend using a laundry net when washing in a washing machine.
*After use, please dry it thoroughly in a well-ventilated place.
*Fraying of seams varies depending on usage and frequency.
If threads come loose, please cut them with scissors without pulling the frayed part.
*Since the absorbent mat is a consumable item, we recommend replacing it every 4-5 months.
Also, the antibacterial effect does not last long.
