Nylon abrasive disc for disc grinders. Ideal for stubborn rust removal, paint and coating stripping, matte finishing, surface peeling, slag and bead grinding of welds, and removing black skin (black spots) from steel plates.
Made of high-density nylon material, it efficiently removes only surface deposits without excessively grinding the metal body.
Clog-resistant and ideal for surface preparation
Even on thick paint layers, clogging is unlikely, and burning caused by friction heat is suppressed, maintaining stable grinding power over a long period.
After use, a moderate rough surface is achieved, greatly improving adhesion of adhesives and paints, making it ideal for surface preparation before painting.
