"DHC Protein Diet 2" is developed from the perspectives of physiology and nutrition science!

■ How to Consume
Prepare a dedicated shaker cup for DHC Protein Diet (sold separately) or a shaker that can hold about 600 mL, along with 350 mL of water.
1. Pour 350 mL of water into the shaker.
2. Add one packet of DHC Protein Diet to the shaker.
3. Tighten the lid securely, shake well, and it’s ready to drink.
※ Adjust the amount of water or add ice according to your preference.
※ If not using a shaker, you can pour into your own cup and stir well before drinking. However, using a shaker will dissolve the powder more smoothly.
※ After opening the individual package, please use as soon as possible. Do not prepare in advance; consume promptly.
"Enjoy delicious hot or cold"
- Using a shaker & microwave
Prepare a dedicated shaker cup for DHC Protein Diet (sold separately) or a shaker that can hold about 450 mL, along with 250 mL of water and a microwave-safe mug (about 450 mL capacity).
1. Put one packet of DHC Protein Diet and 250 mL of water into the shaker.
2. Close the lid tightly and shake well.
3. Transfer to a mug or similar container and heat in the microwave (approximate times: 2 minutes at 500W, 1 minute 30 seconds at 600W).
- Using hot water
Prepare a heat-resistant mug or similar container that can hold about 450 mL, 250 mL of boiling water immediately after boiling, and a spoon.
1. Put one packet of DHC Protein Diet into the mug.
2. Pour about one-third of the boiling water, and stir well with a spoon to break up lumps.
3. Gradually add the remaining hot water while stirring, and it’s ready.
※ Adjust the amount of water or hot water according to your preference. Mix thoroughly to prevent lumps.
※ The flavor diminishes as it cools, so enjoy while warm.
※ Do not add boiling water directly into the shaker to avoid burns.
※ Be careful to avoid burns from hot water during preparation and consumption.

※ Consume 1 or 2 meals per day as a replacement for regular meals. To prevent excessive dieting, limit to 2 meals per day.
