Rumifen contains...● Aminoprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).● It works to reduce inflammation, relieve symptoms such as joint pain, and lower fever.
■ Do Not Do These Things(If not followed, current symptoms may worsen, or side effects and accidents may become more likely)
1. Do not take this medication if you are:(1) Someone who has had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.(2) Someone who has experienced asthma after taking this drug or other antipyretic and analgesic medications or cold medicines.(3) Children under 15 years old.(4) Someone diagnosed with stomach or duodenal ulcers.(5) Pregnant women within 12 weeks of expected delivery.
2. Do not take any other medications such as other antipyretic and analgesic drugs, cold medicines, or sedatives while taking this drug.
3. If drowsiness, dizziness, or temporary visual impairment occurs after taking, do not operate vehicles or machinery.
4. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.
5. Do not use for long-term continuous use.
■ Consult Before Use1. Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if you are:(1) Under medical or dental treatment.(2) Pregnant or suspect pregnancy.(3) Breastfeeding.(4) Elderly.(5) Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.(6) Diagnosed with: blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, bronchial asthma, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease.(7) Have had: stomach or duodenal ulcers, blood disorders, liver or kidney disease.
2. After taking this type of antipyretic and analgesic, symptoms such as excessive lowering of body temperature, collapse (loss of strength), or cold extremities may occur. If this happens, stop taking immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.
3. If symptoms such as skin rash, redness, itching, or other adverse reactions appear after taking, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.Related areas and symptoms:- Skin: rash, redness, itching- Digestive system: stomach or abdominal pain, discomfort, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, loss of appetite, mouth ulcers, dry mouth- Nervous system: drowsiness, numbness in the mouth, numbness in fingers, hoarseness, dizziness, headache, vertigo- Circulatory system: palpitations- Respiratory system: difficulty breathing- Others: swelling, fever, nosebleeds, taste abnormalities, hair loss, transient visual impairment
Rarely, severe symptoms such as the following may occur. Seek immediate medical attention:- Shock (anaphylaxis): Symptoms include itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness occurring immediately after taking.- Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis: High fever, eye redness, discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash or redness that persists or worsens rapidly.- Gastric or duodenal ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding: Upper abdominal pain, vomiting blood, or bloody stools.- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.- Erythema multiforme (desquamative dermatitis): High fever, rash, redness, itching all over the skin.- Hemorrhagic shock: Increased pulse, pale face, cold hands and feet, cold sweat.- Blood disorders (aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis): Sore throat, fever, general fatigue, paleness of face or eyelids, bleeding tendencies (gum bleeding, nosebleeds), bruising that does not fade when pressed.- Hemolytic anemia: Pale complexion, fatigue, weakness, palpitations, shortness of breath.- Kidney impairment: Fever, rash, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea, decreased urine output.- Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath when climbing stairs or exerting, cough, fever, sudden or persistent symptoms.- Congestive heart failure: Fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, dizziness, fainting.- Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting. (Commonly reported in patients undergoing treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)- Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.
4. After taking, symptoms such as constipation or diarrhea may occur. If these persist or worsen, stop taking and consult a healthcare professional.
5. If symptoms do not improve after 1-2 doses, discontinue use and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller. Other underlying conditions may be involved.
■ Indications and Effects(1) Pain relief for joint pain, lower back pain, shoulder stiffness, sore throat, headache, toothache, post-extraction pain, ear pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, bruises, fractures, sprains, menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), trauma pain.(2) Fever reduction during chills and fever.
■ Usage and DosageTake the following dose at the onset of symptoms, preferably avoiding fasting. Maintain at least 4 hours between doses.
Age: Adult (15 years and older)Single dose: 1 tabletNumber of doses per day: Usually up to 2 times (if symptoms reappear, can take a third dose)
Age: Under 15 yearsDo not use.
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.(2) How to take the tablet:Press the protruding part of the tablet on the PTP sheet as shown in the diagram with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back and take out the tablet.(Accidental swallowing of the whole sheet or improper handling may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa or other accidents.)
■ Ingredients and ContentPer tablet:- Ingredient: Aminoprofen- Amount: 200 mg- Effect: Reduces inflammation, relieves symptoms such as joint pain, and lowers fever.
Additional ingredients include lactose, corn starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, talc, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol, sucrose, calcium carbonate, povidone, titanium dioxide, carnauba wax.
