■Dosage and Administration
Take the following amount twice a day at most, preferably on an empty stomach.
Please allow at least 4 hours between doses.
However, for the first time, use the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease the dose while observing bowel movements and condition.
The attached spoon measures approximately 0.75g, the 2/3 mark is about 0.5g, and the 1/2 mark is about 0.375g.
Adults (15 years and older) ... 0.5 to 0.75g per dose
Ages 11 to under 15 ... 0.25 to 0.5g per dose
Ages 7 to under 11 ... 0.1875 to 0.375g per dose
Under 7 years ... do not take.
Take with about 180mL of water (one cup).
In general, the effective amount of a laxative varies from person to person, so it is important to find the appropriate dose for yourself.
Adjust the dose according to age and body weight.
Especially for elderly people and those who are weak or ill, start with the minimum dose.
Please use the included measuring spoon.
