**Precautions for Use**
**Do not do the following (Failure to comply may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects or accidents):**
1. Do not take if you have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients.
2. Do not take any other medications containing hypnotics, sedatives, cold remedies, antipyretic analgesics, cough expectorants, or antihistamines (such as nasal allergy medications, motion sickness drugs, allergy medications) while taking this product.
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (drowsiness may occur).
4. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.
5. Do not use for long-term continuous use.

**Consultation Required**
1. Before taking, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller if you are:
- Under medical treatment.
- Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.
- Breastfeeding.
- Elderly or frail.
- Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.

- Ginseng powder: 475 mg
- Ziziphus seed (Sanso-nin): 30 mg
- Tennen-sho powder (Tennen-sho powder): 30 mg
- Shin-i powder (Shin-i powder): 30 mg
- Inyo-kaku powder (Inyo-kaku powder): 30 mg
- Saishin powder (Saishin powder): 30 mg
- Rutin: 50 mg
- Caffeine hydrate: 300 mg
- Bromobarellur Urea: 600 mg
- Glycerol phosphate calcium: 300 mg

Additives include potato starch, lactose, crystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate.

**Indications and Effects**
- Irritability, anxiety, headache, heavy-headedness, hot flashes, dizziness, tinnitus, neck and shoulder stiffness.

**Directions and Dosage**
Take the following amount with warm water or water:
